Director and representative of NEMRA

Dr. Loice Natukunda is the Managing Director and representative of NEMRA, nemraafrica.orgin the East Africa Scientific Research Network (EASRN) and an Associate Lecturer at Uganda Management Institute.

Her Research specialty is in the area of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management as well as administration in an academic institution. She is a Proactive, critical and intellectually independent qualitative researcher in additional to teaching experiences with international oriented large classes and small seminar groups in Uganda as well as the UK.

She also has experience with community engagement and project management of knowledge transfer initiatives from university to the business and the public sector.

Dr. Natukunda holds a PhD in Management from University of Sheffield and MBA in Strategic Management and Administration from Hanze University Groningen, Netherlands as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with Management from Ndejje University.
